Mirena coil and prescribed everol conti combination?

Hi, looking for some urgent advice please! a month ago I went to the doctors with menopause symptoms, i am 50 and have the mirena coil fitted. i was prescribed everol conti patches. Since starting them I have felt anxious and stressed. I have looked up this combination and feel that I have been prescribed the wrong patch and might be getting too much progesterone? I have called the docs and 3 weeks in still no answer or reply!! very frustrating. my gut feel is that I should be on something like everol 50 ...ie oestrogen only. thank you for your help
