Mirenna coil then 13 week jag

I had the coil for 5 years got it changed last year and I had nothing but bleed every single day for nearly a year so on July this year I had the second coil removed and asked to try the press jag out as I heard the most common effect off this is periods stop or lighting I'm pleased to say that since getting this I have not bled for 8 weeks and its felt amazing to go from bleeding every day to this felt great however y.day I had sex and afterwards I bled like proper bleed I was fuming and angry because I've had sex once a week since my period has stopped and y.day it appeared again I thought it was just maybe the sex side off it but I'm still bleeding today due my next injection in 2 weeks could this be a sign that my period is coming back? or could it be because im due for another ? or could it be the sex? helppppp
