Mirtazapin or Aglomelatine sleep and weight

hello I've been on Mirtazapine for 4 months and I've gained masses of weight all around my abdomen AND boobs huge. it is so uncomfortable I cant seem to lose weight and my clothes dont fit but it helps with sleep. my psychiatrist is suggesting Aglomelatn (UK) and I know it doesn't cause weight gain but it says can cause insomnia and I hate not sleeping. I'm seeing her soon and I dont know what to do . I am also unsure of withdrawals from Mirtazapine. any advice or help asap please !!

    Hello Basten

    The other day I was at a local medical lab and on a screen there was a video about getting

    a good nights sleep. You can see it by typing (Dynacare A bedtime story) on your browser,

    lots of good advice.
