Hello, just a bit of advice,my GP has recently advised me to increase my Mirtazapine to 45mg for anxiety and to be honest it has really worked, only problem is I have a dull throbbing headache and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and could tell me if it is maybe caused by the higher dose of Mirtazapine.Thank you in advance.Maggie

it’s possible the medication could be causing headaches. However if the headaches persist let your doctor know. You can do that along with calling a pharmacist because they know these medication as well. hope you feel better.
