Mirtazapine

Hi all i have recently had mirtazapine added to my already big list of medications, duloxetine,propranalol, pregabalin. It has really helped with my sleep but the dreams are really vivid and i feel tired till about 5 in the evening is this normal

    Hi, yes, it will make you feel very sleepy at first but as your body gets used to it, you shouldn't feel so bad. I slept for about 12 hours the first few nights and still felt tired next day. I'm also taking it alongside other medication (Citalopram in my case). The vivid dreams should also cease after a while too.

    Create a routine with medication, it will help you sleep better, the only problem is the body works with the time limits you put on it when you take medications at a certain time. I think you should explore lighter dosages on all your medications. It can be toxic when a person takes lots of different medications.
