ive been on 30mg mirtazapine for about 6 weeks, with some improvement in severe anxiety symptoms. is there any benefit to increasing to 45mg. i read somewhere that there was no difference . previously i was on 40mg of citalopram , which seemed to stop working, i was on it a long time . ive been weaned off it , now on 10mg , plus the mirtazapine .
