Mirtazapine-Induced Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)

I am now 3 weeks free of Mirtazapine after consuming it for 1 week and have discovered what I am suffering from which has been one of the most distressing symptoms.
it seems that Mirtazapine is well known for inducing RLS symptoms.
My RLS symptoms feels like buzzing and crawling sensations on my feet and legs, I also developed muscular twitching (fasciculations) through out my body,
It just shows how powerful these drugs are and to develop such symptoms after a short course of Mirtazapin.
I am praying that these symptoms are not long lasting.
other symptoms are
Tinnitus (continuous)
anxiety (lower stress threshold)
muscular pain and spasms (every 3 days)
has anyone else experienced such symptoms ?

Hi Tom,
I took the poison for 3 months unfortunately after giving in to pressure to go on something as I wasn't sleeping. I had restless legs while taking it but the main thing for me was visual disturbances. When I came off (cold turkey thanks to incompetent locum), I had crazy bad fasciculations all over. Had them occasionally before going on mirtazapine but ever since coming off (now a year later) they been terrible and my vision not gone back to normal either. Also get tinnitus in my left ear for a few days on and off and the restless legs just now and again now. Hopefully because u only took it for a week it won't be long lasting for you. Cbd oil and ashwagandha (and jogging) have helped me loads
