    hi

i do a very mixed shift pattern. I do one night approx every 2 weeks - doing one tonight as it happens. i just take my mirt in the morning before i go to sleep. Seems ok.

      Hi

Have you had any side effects from taking them? Do you manage a sleep before niteshift and after you take dose in morning would you next dose before going back to bed that night.

      Hi

i am on a very low dose of mirt, as I'm trying to get off it. I'm also taking 150mg Venlafaxine, which i take in the day time as usual. i try to have an hour or two nap before my night shift. I find it fairly easy to sleep during the daytime, but this has not always been the case.

and yes, night after night shift I take mirt as usual at bedtime, therefore I am taking two doses in one day in effect. BUT as I said, I am on a very low dose . It still helps sleep thankfully.
