Mirtazapine withdrawal help

hey everyone. i know there are a few forums on this topic, but most seem a few years old

i had been on 30mg mirtazapine for 2.5 years and have came off it around 1 month ago. my doctor told me to half the dosage for 1 month then come off, but i was silly and went cold turkey, had agonising cramping and vomiting after a few days, so realised i should have listened haha. i went back on 15mg for another week, then 7.5mg for a a week then came off. initially i didnt notice anything, but 4 weeks in, i have -

  • ridiculously itchy feet - loss of appetite
  • cold/flu symptoms - extreme fatigue
  • i wake up every hour

has anyone else here been on them this long? is there anything to help relieve symptoms or any ideas when they should stop ? 🤞😭
