The best thing I can suggest is that you take a good look at your diet and keep a food diary.  You discussed all the medications you've taken, but you didn't indicate that you've tried diet modification.  I suggest you start with the gallbladder diet that's on this site or the fodmap diet that's available on line.  Eat small frequent meals.  Usually it takes 3 days for what you eat to traverse your digestive tract.

Don't start taking supplements until you try to modify your diet and track the results.  Best of luck to you.

Thanks every one i get up now i didnot die and it was not a heart attack  its bcoz of gas i will see every thing now snd msg u people soon i will see ox bile or i will try betaine hcl thanks every one

You don't understand that bile is an acid.  What's causing your symptoms is too much acid.  That's what ox bile is too--more acid. That's the last thing you need.  Sorry.

Lynda thanks for ur reply i understand what u mean to say after gall bladder surgery mostly people have acid reflux problem and more acid can make symptoms worse my gp told me i have acid reflux which mean my acid is to much-----but some time these symptoms cause because of low stomach acid as indigestion and un digisted food in stool i try almost every thing like ppi but never take the ox bile i should try may b if i have low stomach acid then........thats why

I understand.  But please do some research on whether combining two acids (bile and more bile) could actually neutralize the environment in your stomach and make things worse.  I'd consider trying digestive enzymes and chewing the food you eat to a pulp before you swallow it.   And, sometimes our  bodies just can't digest a certain food, we're all different.

You already have your doctor saying you have too much stomach acid...

Try OMEPRAZOLE. I think you can only get it on prescription.

Shortly after I had my gallbladder removed 2 or 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia. I have no idea if the two are related or not.

Is there any particular food or drink that makes it worse?
