i take pineapple everyday and has stopped my outbreaks.   If i feel an attack coming on i  double my pineapple intake.   It works.  Try it.

I used to get back to back outbreaks.

I have had one small attack which was very small in the last 12 months.    Its worked wonders for me.

good luck and I would love to know if it helps you too.

Do you really swear by the pineapple? How much do you eat daily? Are you taking the pills also!?

      Thanks smile

Hi,  No I dont take the anti-virals and I also tried L-Lystine but maybe I didnt have enought L-Lystine or didnt have the right type but it didnt seem to do anything for me.  However people do say that it helps.

I was truly plagued with herpes.   It was just awful .    I couldnt believe the amount of outbreaks I was getting.  Basically one after the other.

I happened to be on holidays and started eating pineapple and realised I was not getting any more outbreaks and I havent looked back.  Although I have had an outbreak which was very mild and only lasted a few days.

Whe I get a feeling like I am about to have an attack  I double the dose of pineapple and it knocks it off.

I eat about 3/4 to an inch of pineapple a day and double it if i feel an attack coming on.

I cannot tell you how relieved  I am.

All the best and please keep in touch and let me know how you go.

A daily dose of a natural anti-viral (amino acid) called L-Lysine will substantially minimize or even eliminate outbreaks. Although, don't buy just any brand. The highest quality will work best.
