hi, I hope you are doing ok.

i have recently went through this. i thought i was all good so decided to half my 40mg tablets. i done this for about a week and a half.

i started feeling terrible again so went back up to 40mg. that was 5 weeks ago. i am starting to feel better, still bot quite there but its deffo getting better.

If i was you I would keep taking your 40mg and over the next few weeks you should start feeling back to your old self again. keep yourself busy i found that helps xxx

thank you for your reply day 7 now of restarting them my anxiety is reducing and I'm finding that I can sit down for a bit. morning are awful still soon as I open my eyes I feel really really sick feeling shaking nerves ect horrible feeling but I think that's just the side effects again as I stopped them and they need to build up again . just goes to show how powerful these drugs are 3 days off and you feel terrible for couple of weeks while they get back to work xxx
