Missed period, negative pregnancy test. What is happening?

Hi everyone

After 14 years, I decided to take the plunge and stopped my Yasmin pills about 8 months ago on the 29 August last year.

Since then my periods have been a bit erratic, as expected.

My periods after stopping were 1 - 5 September, 3 - 6 October, 8 - November. In December, it was 10 days late and i started on the 18 December (I took a pregnancy test on the morning of the 18th and amazingly I started bleeding a few hours later). My next was 24 - 29 January, then 29 Feb - 5 March.

I've been using an app, Period Calendar, which estimated my periods and were pretty spot on (obviously with the exception of December). However, according to the app, I was supposed to have started my period 14 days ago, on the 8 April.

Naturally, I was worried about being pregnant. The last time my partner and I were together, we began having sex, but a few seconds in, we stopped and he put on a condom. He didn't end up finishing in me. This was either on the 7 or the 14th of March. The following week, we did engage in some foreplay, with no penetration. However, there was some precum and he did finger me. At the time, the period tracker indicated I was not ovulating so I was therefore within the low ovulation window.

Since my period was late, I waited a week, and took a pregnancy test last week Thursday which was negative. (I'm worried that I didn't wait long enough before checking the results though. I waited about 10 seconds before I caved and looked.)

Does anyone have ANY insight as to what the hell is happening with my body? I've read that periods are supposed to have been regular by now. 8 months seems to be a reasonable amount of time for periods to regulate.

I'm also freaked out about being possibly pregnant. Since the entire country is in a lockdown, I cannot go out to the doctor and risk getting ill, nor can I access another pregnancy test. My partner and I aren't married, and we don't live together either, so we haven't been able to see each other in a month because of the quarantine. Naturally with him not being able to be with me during this stressful time, he's worried about what's happening to me.

I have no spotting, cramps, or other (usual) indicators of my period such as migraines, and blood when I wipe after using the toilet.
