Substitute your bubbles with salt. Very therapeutic and you still get your relax. Enjoy your bath x

Hi, I was advised that lavender is good to use - in a general context - so think for bubble baths.  Ashley jo

Just a heads up, if you have seasonal allergies, Lavender is part of the Ragweed family and should be avoided. I hv allergies and cannot use any lavender products- soap, lotion, oil, shpoo, bath salts, freshener sprays, etc.

I use 1/2 cup of baking soda or 1/3 cup epsom salts- very soothing. I used to use Aveeno Oatmeal bath but I haven’t tried one since my diagnosis in June.

I don't know how bad your LS is, but I tried Emu Oil bubble bath for babies and I was fine.  You could add lavender oil for a nice smell.  I prefer to shower anyway, but I do like an occasional bath.  Good luck, with care, you may not need to forego your bath!  I normally use Dermol lotion on my vulval and anal area, when I shower, but have even used emu oil shower gels, if it isn't to hand and not had any ill effects, and that's applying the gel directly on to the area.  With the bubble bath, it is diluted by water when it touches your affected areas.  I buy my emu oils from Ebay, but I believe Amazon does have similar products too.
