MMM...Gatorade Lemonade Flavor...UK have it?

Gatorade lemonade tastes just like fresh squeezed lemonade!

I am enjoying it alot.

And it has electrolytes in it...good for drinkers.

​My Dr. said not to drink too much of it thou because of the sugar and sodium.  But an 8 ounce a day she said would be good for me.

Does the UK have Gatorade?  Or Powerade?

    No, they are American brands. I'm sure there are similar UK brands, branded under the name of sports drinks, and words like isotonic used and expensive prices to match. But none of them are as mainstream as Gatorade.

    Lucozade is probably our nearest equivalent.

    Lucozade was my mainstay during the first few days - was craving it like mad and it did help!  Day 19 today :D

      I heard a long time ago if we are craving something it means our bodies need some nutrient that is in whatever we are craving.

      ​Yes, when I drink Gatorade..I feel less thirsty and less lethargic...but my Dr. told me not to drink more than 8 ounces of it a day because it contains more sugar than they care to see us ingest....DAY 19...So happy for you!
