Moderate pelvic pain & unusual bleeding

I've been experiencing moderate to severe pelvic pain that radiates down to my bum and thighs over the last 7/8 months. This is accompanied with irregular bleeding (almost constant now).

The bleeding started with heavy periods then I came off the Pill when I was advised this was the cause of my pain and bleeding. I then got the coil, which has eased the heaviness of the bleeding but the issues remain. I've had an ultrasound completed in October which was clear. They then put pain down as not known.

The pain is always there but just varies from uncomfortable, to painful to unbearable (similar to labour pain). The bleeding has now changed to an almost constant light bleed which gets heavier after sex although sex isn't painful.

Unsure of what the cause could be or what to even consider now. I have a doctors appointment on Monday but don't hold out much hope after 4 doctors and 1 hospital appointment has not solved this.

Bloods and urine were clear in October.

I had a baby in February 2017 and I am 25.

Any thoughts?

    Also to add, I also have blood clots in my urine in the last few weeks which has suddenly appeared.

    I have the same issue

    My birth control ran out so my period got weird the pill made my period heavier so i got yhe depo and i have same pains down my legs but no period just brown discharge rolleyes idk what it is and it makes me anxious i have a pap in may 22nd i had requested another onr since my last one was in October it was clear but idk what is this discharge

      No smear done yet, I had asked for one and they said no concerns as ultrasound was clear, I am only just 25 and just to wait for my routine one. I got a reminder through the door on Thursday and need to book one on Monday.

      I hate when they put it down to birth control. I went to A&E, had pain so bad I couldn't stand up or walk and had to be put in wheelchair but was told it was Cerazette.

      Same happens every few days, severe pain for few minutes where I cant stand. Someone in work was about to take me to A&E just looking at me. I have discharge so bad it feels like I have wet myself (although not smelly or a different colour).

      Even though it seems bad, I really hope the smear comes back with some indication as the doctors opinions are AWFUL.

      I mean its cuz your young im young too im 20

      They look at me like in so quack when i asked for a smear im in America so the age is 21. Also cervical cancer at 20 and 25 is pretty rare but it's affecting my sex life. Have they done a pelvic exam ?and i heard ultrasounds dont show much thats why im so worried cuz i have gotten 3 and all they find is cysts on my ovaries and minimal free fluid which they say doesn't mean anything

      Wow it doesnt hurt to walk but my thighs burn if i touch them it feels like my thighs are on fire
