Mole near base of scalp?

Ever since i was a younger kid (now 21) I've had what i assumed to be a mole on the back of my head (just from being able to feel the area, i never actually checked). I recently decided to take a look and was surprised to see that it looks more like a pimple than a mole. I have quite bad health anxiety so of course my first thought was that it's skin cancer - does anyone have anything similar or could take a guess as to what it could be? It doesn't itch, I don't think it has grown, and it has gotten a little irritated after constantly touching it today. I know i can't get diagnosed online but just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts.
