I got this mole on the sole of my feet for over 10 years (cant really remember when it first appear) but when i compare the photo of my sole 3 years ago, it seems to get a bit bigger and not round in shape anymore...
although there is no weird feeling on it, i am still so worry after reading the researches in the internet... (i'm 38)
it is around 4 x 4mm in size

You definitely need to see a dermatologist. If you are in UK see your doctor.If you can email your doctor with that picture I think they will be happy to see you. You have had this long enough so get it checked out ASAP. It may be nothing at all but best to be cautious.
