All depends on whether it has changed over time. It doesn't look particularly concerning IMO.

Is it itching,bleeding or changing in colour and shape? They are the signs to look for. Try to take a photo of it every 2 weeks if you can. Get someone to help. Photos taken at regular intervals would help a doctor with a diagnosis.
