i noticed this appear by my knee in december and its now getting bigger and i dont know what it is and dont want to waste time at the doctors.

I dont think it will be a waste of time going to the doctors. If you have had this since December and its still getting bigger. It looks a bit infected so definitely go and see your doctor.It needs attention from a professional

Hi, Georgie! I agree with Marina when she says that it wouldn't be a waste of time to go see a dermatologist.
Just looking at your pictures, we can' t know what it could be. It could be a parasite, an inflamed hair or something more serious.
See your doctor because a sore or wound that lasts this long needs to be checked.

It may be infection, and as it goes it becomes more easier to remove. If you do not want to waste time at the doctors, you could try going through spot creams and antibacterial gels and salt.
