there are a few smaller ones near the vagina area too but not directly on it or on the labia. there's no discomfort or itching of any kind surrounding them.

thank you for your response! I'm having a bit of anxiety now, I never did anything anally and the person I was with prior used protection and had only had one other sexual partner who was a virgin as well. I'll take your advice and go get checked nonetheless because you never know.

Just keep in mind that even some Drs. will probably tEll you that they are just moles (and I don't blame them, it actually look like moles; but then they will progress over time). It doesn't matter if you didn't have anal sex, it can occous if you only had vaginal sex. It's some kind of skin cancer related to Hpv, so I encourage you to be persistent and ask for a biopsy that shows what strain you've got. Don't stress out, calm down. Everything is gonna be ok. You can use Aldara (Imiquimod), Podophilotoxin, Veregen, cryotherapy, etc.

thank you again for your response, do you know if biopsys can be done exactly there at doctors office or is that a referral that's needed in most cases for a biopsy? (A bit nervous telling my parents and making them worry. My mother doesn't believe in vaccines and made a huge scene when I said I wanted to get the HPV vaccine before becoming sexually active and forbid me to do it or drive me there. I'm really afraid if it does turn out to be the HPV strain you mentioned in the biopsy.)

Yes, referral. Biopsy is normally done by a specialist (dematologist, proctologist, urologist etc..depending on the place you've got the hpv lesion). You better speak out your parents. Don't be nervous. Normally, bowenoid papulosis is caused by hpv-16 strain. As I told you before...not many drs. are used to see that infection very often because it's so rare, that's why they will tell you that it's just moles, but they are not. Search on Google images about BP. There are many treatments available. Aldara 5%(Imiquimod) is very effective on women. Everything is gonna be ok!

Thank you once again for responding i truly appreciate it. I'm gonna follow your advice though i gonna try and remain hopeful the biopsy shows they're just moles. you seem so sure which is disheartening but my brain says you never know, the only way I can remain calm is the chance its nothing to worry about sadly.

I'd wish the biopsy showed no malignancy. I hope I'm wrong. But is just unlikely that your "moles" are only located around the anus and not on another part of the large area of body skin (an arm, chest, shoulder..etc) that's why i think it's BP. Keep us updated please, when you get the results.
