Molluscum OR herpes?!

After I got done shaving the other day, I noticed there were some red bumps around my anus. I just assumed they were razor bumps and went about my day. When I took a closer look, I realized they had sort of a white head on them as well. The only side effect I've noticed is they get slightly itchy, but they don't hurt. I am starting to freak out a bit wondering if it it's herpes. I also have no idea where I got these bumps period. I have one sexual partner and he does not have them.
If they are molluscum, I am not sure how to properly treat them due to the fact that they are about a half inch away from my anus, so I ordered a homeopathic genital-safe remedy that got 5 star reviews in case.
I know not to shave anymore until they're gone, I know to use a separate towel and keep the area dry, and I know there's not a lot they can do for MC at the Drs. I don't have health insurance or a vehicle to get to the Drs. right now so I am really just desperate for someone to tell me if its herpes or molluscum.
