mom DYING but dr's say shes fine on all tests?!?! PLZ HELP!!

My mother is 67yrs old. she smokes about half pack per day for the last several decades. she takes pantoprazole 40mg 30qty, premarin 0.625mg 30qty, lisinopril 20mg 30qty, escitalopram 20mg 30qty. she has prescription opiate pain killers for pinched nerve, slipped disc, L4&L5 misalignment/damage. with her pain killers & physical therapy she been perfectly mobile, she does have an extremely high pain tolerance, her brain is sharp as a tack, etc. she would ride roller coasters with my toddler, she is part of the family and participates in things as if she were half her age. Although within the last 6 months she started having chest pain. it is about 6 inches below the normal heart area/pain. she also is extremely short of breath, blurred vision, in her ears she can hear a loud thump thump (similar to a washing machine) it may be the sound of her heartbeat, dizzy, nauseated, disoriented, feels like she may faint. She has always liked to eat candy, so i started testing her blood sugar at home. i was getting results that stated pre-diabietes or full blown diabetes. we had her primary Dr test her H1AC, but he says her blood sugar & cholesterol are PERFECT. We went to a cardiologist but he states from his exam that her chest pain & other symptoms will probably not have results linked to heart related issues, but he will run tests on her anyways. Problem is that the tests wont be performed for another 1.5 months. Some nights she will be screaming in pain rolling around holding her chest (about 6in below heart) I dont feel we can wait 1.5months for the tests to be performed then wait for the results to come back. I dont know what to do or where to look for help.
a few days ago we went to eat dinner. she was perfectly fine talking to our waitress. then out of nowhere she tuned extremely pale, was having extreme shortness of breath, looked like she was going to faint, then she started looking like she was going to vomit. I had to help her get to the bathroom because she thought that she was going to vomit. then after a few minutes she though she was going to have diarrhea. she started getting drenched in sweat, i left the bathroom so she could try to go #2. she was in there for almost 30min. me and a security guard had to basically carry her back to the car. once she got into the car & reclined the seat she started to feel better. she ended up sitting in the car for almost an hour in the driveway after we got home. I waited the whole time with her until she felt fine & ended up walking into the house by herself. It was almost as if nothing was ever wrong with her. Some days she is feeling horrible all day leg/back pain, chest pain, light headed, shortness of breath, nauseated, disoriented, the issue with her ears, etc. Then other days she'll feel much better.
She had an issue with high blood pressure in the past, but its been stable lately with her medications. her father had SEVERE low blood pressure and died from a stroke. every time she sees her primary Dr they state that her blood pressure is perfect. when shes having her issues I have checked her blood pressure and it will usually come back quite low, but with a high pulse.
I love my Mother with all my heart, I can't imagine losing her. It is aggravating because I see that she can be perfectly fine one day/moment but then looks like I need to call an EMT because she is on the verge of dying. Somebody PLEASE point me in a direction of what this might be caused by, what tests to have, what condition to research, ANYTHING PLEASE. Apologies for the long post, but I don't know details are important or not important. therefore I figured it's best to provide as much info as possible. if there are any questions I will be checking this 24/7.
THANK YOU!!

Gall bladder problems? The pain from gallstones is quite horrendous. It is felt in the central chest. An ultrasound scan would be needed to identify this problem
I also see your Mother takes Pantoprazole...how long has she taken that medication? Some of those symptoms could be a side effect.
You mention a problem with her ears, but dont say what specifically....could these symptoms be vertigo? Very similar.
Also...as she is a smoker for some time could she have a lung problem?A chest xray may help.
Is she regular with taking her medication or is it a bit hit and miss...escitalopram can give those sort of symptoms if it is suddenly stopped.
Intolerance to dairy products? You could try excluding these for 2 weeks, if your Mother is co-operative just to see if there is any improvement
Dont know if any of this helps but I wish you all the best. You are a good son to take such care of your Mother.
