I have been experiencing face pain for months and an ENT has given me the above spray, which I have used for 3 weeks - the swellings in my nose seem to be getting a bit better but my nose in painful and almost feels worse with the dryness - is this normal? I was told to use for 4-6 weeks! I'm using saline and neti pot also. Has this spray reduced swelling/polyps for people and how long did it take??
