Mona Lisa Touch?

Has anyone with LS had the Mona Lisa Touch? Does it help? I'm considering it, but need more info first. I'm also going to ask my Gyn on Friday if she thinks it would help me.

I don’t even know what that is? Can you explain ?

The Mona Lisa touch is a laser directed probe that treats vaginal tissue. It restores moisture, and treats LS and other vag problems.

I just recently started this and have only had 1 treatment but I think it has helped already. I will be going back for 2nd treatment soon.

Who offers this treatment? Is it covered under your medical?

No. Insurance does not cover it yet. Maybe someday. It's around $2000.- $2500. Best wishes

I am in Miami and found a place where it was covered by my insurance. I had to pay 500 and then just my co pay

It may depend on where you go.

Does anyone know where they offer this??

I asked my Gyn doctor and she gave me the info. I'm hoping our insurance will cover part of it, but I doubt it. They don't WANT to cover anything!

Unfortunately due to repeated infections, I can't have the Mona Lisa touch. My doctor is very much against it and I trust her 100%.  So I will be continuing to search for other options. I've heard of an O shot?  Anybody had this?
