Mono and lifting weights.

After a year in my recovery i started to hit the gym. everything was going on well. 6 months in i started getting weak and eventually relapsed. if u have faced this let me know and if u are lifting and not having this problem let me know what you are doing differently.

    yeah felt good started light workouts ...was ok for a while then relapsed this happened a few times .

    im still weak 6 months in bro. My muscles feel shaky and weak but my neuro says i am 5/5 strength in all limbs. I hope my case doesnt turn into chronic fatigue syndrone. My muscles just feel so weak still i was lifting in my garage other day and my body just isnt the same yet. It could take a year or longer from what ive learned.
