mono/cmv?

so back in 2022 i thought i had mono but guess had cmv? similar to mono so, ever since then i have not felt normal, i also developed a pelvic floor dysfunction back in 2021 from a bad uti bc i was on a bunch of antibiotics that led to get this disease. i have bad body burning sensations all over my body and then ill feel like itll bother me down there.. ive had many symptoms in the past but this has been my main ones now has anyone felt like this? ive been to the doctors non stop...
