Hi everyone on here,didnt think id be back on here after 5 years doing ok but this horrible virus has reared its ugly head again 3 weeks ago,exact same symptoms as before,does anyone know how long a flare up lasts ? took me 18 months to feel better first time I had it

My flare up lasted about seven months, felt awful for about four months, this was after a bout of covid.
