Mono, strep throat?

So I have been sick for about 5 days with it progressively getting worse. I’ve been on about 7 different cold/sinus/pain meds such as Tylenol, Allergy relief, nasal spray, sinus decongestion, etc. to no prevail, I constantly have a raging headache, struggle to sleep, lack of energy at all, hurts to swallow or swallow liquid in tiny amounts, and back near uvula is sort of white which is known to be strep throat which is also part of mono. I can’t go to the doctors until tomorrow morning and was wondering if anyone could think of what it could be. Damn I hope not mono.
