Monolaurin- biological half- life

does somebody know the biological half- life of monolaurin? I can't find the information by google.

And I'm sorry for my bad english.

    It says that monolaurin is a type of oil and milk that is in coconuts and in human breasts. It a medication that health stores provide and its used for colds and flus. This is what i found when i googled it. I think its good to try different things as long as they are safe.
