hi, good afternoon hopefully somebody can help me with some symptoms i am experience with this illness. I want diagnose with mano on May 2023 it felt like I was having an allergic reaction in my face. It was itchy, tingling. I felt swollen lips and tongue but the the crazy part. If I make sense nothing looks swollen. I visit the emergency room. three times and they treated me like I was having allergic reaction the gave me steroids a lot if Benedry couple of days later, my body was hurting a lot. It was hard to move. Nothing taste the same. I wasn’t able to eat really bad headaches also very hard to breathe. The last visit to the ER is when they finally did bloodwork and I was positive for mono. I still have this random feeling of an allergic reaction I had to visit the allergist three times and ENT all my tests are negative so I would like to know if there’s anybody that has experience symptoms itchy face, swollen lips tingling sensation in your face I would really appreciate it this is causing major anxiety. Thank you.
