My doctor prescribed me an antipsychotic to help control a nasty mixed episode. It worked pretty well for about a week, but now I've noticed that it doesn't seem to be working nearly as well. Has this happened to anyone else?? Do I need a higher dose or just a completely different med?

In order to answer your question we need to know what medication you have been prescribed.
