More depressed/suicidal 11days in. Please help

so i started on fluoxatine 20mg 11 days ago. the first 3 days were good. felt really calm and had no anxiety or depression for those 3 days. then had severe anxiety on day 4 and 5. that eased and then on day 10 and 11 have had such severe depression i cant cope at all and its making me feel suicidal. has anyone else experienced this or is it normal? i also take 15mg mirtazapine and suffer with severe anxiety depression and borderline personality disorder. someone please help
