More surgery in 3.5 weeks feeling fed up

So over the years I've had a few surgeries for endometriosis (hysterectomy, oopherectomy ) 2.5 years ago I had a rectocele repair and sacrospinous fixation....he decided to leave the bladder prolapse as didn't feel it was bad enough to fix....I've struggled on with the bladder prolapse and have since developed bladder neck failure (I had a bulkomid procedure a year ago) my surgeon decided back in August to repeat the bulkomid and I was put on the waiting list....my pelvic physiotherapist then decided my bladder prolapse was much worse and sent me back to the surgeon who had decided to do a laparoscopy and cystoscope at the same time to see what's going on as I wouldn't be able to have the tape procedure due to extensive damage in the vagina...he did mention something about colposuspension but won't decide until he's in there...I guess I'm just feeling a bit fed up as it just seems like it's an ongoing saga...
Thank you for listening

Good luck for your surgery in 3 weeks, I hope you get some relief for your issues. I know how you feel, I had surgery for endometriosis in Nov 2014, posterior and enterocele repair Dec 2016 and I still have issues but problems with my back/hip have overtook these at the moment as I was wrongly told these may be caused by the other but now found that I have severe nerve damage in spine and they've mentioned surgery for that! It's relentless sometimes but hopefully we'll get some help. All the best and let us know how you are x

Oh you poor girl. What's "bulkomid" and how did your vag get so badly damaged?

Hi, bulkomid is a bulking agent a bit like Botox that gets injected into the neck of the bladder to help keep it closed etc....
I had a particularly traumatic birth 18 years ago and tore very badly and it wasn't repaired properly at the time, I've also had to have endometriosis removed from inside the vaginal vault and lost about an inch of it to get rid of endo tissue and then with the rectocele repair it really finished it off!
I'll be glad when the 24th gets here and hopefully I can get some relief from the pain and discomfort, thank you for replying
