morning all!!!

Well i started last night,took the tablet at 7 and went to bed as i had an awfull day anyway.I sleeped like a log which was good.I got up at 6 and felt so sick and my head was spinning! Sickness has worn off now but still really dizzy.Im not going anywere so can chill today.I hope it wears off soon though.I feel drunk without the beer!! :? Odd...Anyway 1 down how many more to go i wonder.... :shock: kim.x

    It does wear off i'm on day 9 and although I have had a couple of bad days I woke up this morning feeling more like my old self or new self I should say. No shakes or dizziness and no crying :D feel like i'm getting there very slowly.

    Hi jan,i so want to feel happy again.My eyes sting today were i always seem to be crying!! I would just like to sit here and not worry about a thing..Silly thing is i dont know what im worried about! :? Very strange... kim.

    I know exactly what you mean, my eyes felt bruised where I had been crying and rubbing my eyes so much, it will get better and just take one day at a time. I find when I wake up in the morning to try and think of something positive or something to make you smile helps to get up and get on with the day.

    I think were i get up early for the school run im worn out by friday,Sorting 3 kids out,2 very hormonal ones at that is hard work...so tomorow im going to have a lay in.lovely!!!
