morning anxiety

anybody else suffer with breathlessness and bad anxiety at mornings iam 11 weeks tomorrow and struggling had a few good days last week but this week felt awful iam also taking propranolol 40mg twice a day .is this normal for 11 weeks.

    Hey,

    Morning anxiety seems to be the last to shift for the majority of people. I felt it shifted once I was more leveled out on the medication around week 14. I do however find it can come in the morning still now but it doesn't last any length of time.

    Hopefully it'll shift for you soon, just stick in!! 😉

    HI

    I'm 6 months on CIT, AND still having the morning anxiety

    USUALLY by mid day evening the anxiety is not there

    I'm patiently waiting.

    hi i was put in the 80mg of pro and found it was that i was struggling with ask to go on 10mg 3 times a day its alot better

    Ive taken Cit 20 for 7 weeks now and no morning anxiety. Everyones results will vary though. I rarely have any side effects now. Hope you get to feeling better

    thanks everyone for the support hopefully getting there soon going to try the propranonol on lower does see if that helps .hope everyone is doing ok at the minuite.
