If morning anxiety was the last thing to go for you, how long did it take to leave and was there anything you did to help? I mentioned reducing, but my dr doesnt want to mess with my dose (yet) which I am ok with, but they did suggest splitting it in half. 20mg in the morning and 10mg at night. Anyone have success doing that? Or any other suggestions? I do take a 0.25mg Xanax with the meds in the am, but that doesn't help a ton. 0.5mg does help, but I'm trying to avoid adding more. Anyway, thoughts?
