I’ve been having this for about a week myself. Sometimes I’ll wake throughout the night and think, wow I feel pretty good, I don’t think I’ll feel that bad when I get up. But then morning comes and there it is again.

It’s probably one of the last lingering anxiety/depression symptoms I’m dealing with. But it starts off the day quite poorly. I’ve always been one of those people that will wake up in a good mood, now it’s the opposite. I’m hoping with my increase it’ll pass soon. They do seem like they’re getting shorter tho.
