Hi, i'm the same.  Its almost like a nervous tummy.  I have to go about three times.  I used to take tablets for acid etc but swamped to natural remedies - pro-biotic capsules for keeping gut healthy and cider apple vinegar for acid(wierldy it REALLY works).  Your gut and your brain are really linked - most digestive problems are due to stress and anxiety (or so it says on the million and one websites i go on!!).

    xx

Wow thankyou its so strange as I can have an amazing night but still wake up feeling ''unwell" dust for 45mins or so. Where did you get cider apple viniger from ? Xx

Hi its a local shop to me but its on-line too (delivery is good as i'm bit scared to travel there at the moment!!)- My Health Food Store, based in Chorley, Lancashire.  You can phone up for advice too.  I started taking it 3 times a day before meals and now just once a day.  Been taking it about 4 months.  Its the right kind of acid for your tummy so helps to digest food so your stomach doesn't produce excess acid.  It worked for me but obviously might not for everyone. xx
