Morning sickness like symptoms for about 5 months. Not pregnant.

I am a caucasian female, 29 years, 5’9”, 135 lbs., no existing medical conditions, currently taking metoclopramide 5 mg, occasional marijuana use (taken by smoking, 3x a week), nausea and vomiting every morning for almost 5 months.
My doctors have written my symptoms off as psychosomatic. I don’t blame them as it would make sense, but I genuinely feel like someone is actually wrong. I’m going to be taking a sleep study this month, but I’m worried about what I’ll do if they don’t come back with anything conclusive.
This started about 5 months ago. Nausea and vomiting every morning (6:30 am). I don’t vomit every day but the nausea is an every day thing. If I lean over my desk before sitting down or lean over the sink while brushing my teeth I get the urge to vomit. I don’t vomit every time, sometimes I’ll just dry heave. The nausea eases up around noon. If I eat after 7pm I’m more likely to trow up the next day, so I’ve been avoiding that. No foods make it better or worse.
My doctors have said my test results are coming back normal, but there are a few things that don’t look normal to me that I’d like a second opinion on.
AST(SGOT): 12 U/L (normal range: 13-39)
ALBUMIN: 5.2 g/dl (normal range: 3.5-5)
ALT: 4 U/L (normal range: 7-52)
There’s also been small amount of blood and ‘key notes’ in my urine tests.
I don’t remember the explanation of this part of the results. Just that it’s for the liver/ kidney function, it’s rare but not bad for ALT to be low, and it’s likely due to dehydration and not eating much. All other sections of blood and urine tests were in normal range.
I was taking Omeprazole 40mg for a month, didn’t make any change. The metoclopramide helps a little with the nausea, but makes me feel dehydrated (taken morning and night).
I don’t have diabetes. No ulcers. Definitely not pregnant.
I know all of these symptoms could be a part of too much stress, but I can’t shake the feeling there’s something very wrong and I don’t know what else to do. I’m unable to quit my job or take any extended time off. I want to get back to my normal life.
I'd like to have a better understanding of my test results, and get some advice on where to go from here. I'm putting all my eggs in the sleep study basket, and I don't know what I'll do if there's nothing conclusive that comes from it.
Thanks in advance.

I think it could be the marijuana. When you first start on marijuana it has an anti nausea effect but after a while the brain has adapted and a syndrome called Cannabis Hyperemesis can start.Doesnt happen to everyone but the only cure is to stop taking Cannabis. Mention it to your doctor.
