Morning side effects ... need input

I have been taking Prozac now for 31 days in the am at 20mg, which was my previous dose. some of the side effects have subsided, but some remain, like the diarrhea, loss of appetite, and the most concerning one, the strange tingling feeling I get in my chest and R leg..... its like an electrical current running through me.... I feel it most when im at rest or sitting, but not as much when i am moving about. I was prescribed a beta blocker to take , propranalol... 10mg up to 3 times a day.... ive only really used it in the AM, and some days it helps, some days it does not. Mornings are the WORST for me, but as the day progresses I do feel much better....my husband has told me to take it at night before bed to try and ward off the feeling in the am, but again, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I feel like in living in that movie Groudhogs Day, ..... i want so badly for all these weird things to just go away so i can get on with my life.......Somedays I feel it will never happen, some days i have hope.....
