Morning symptoms ? How do you cope or help

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hello

I was diagnosed 8 years ago and have recently had some bad flare ups - my morning symptoms are particularly poor - pains everywhere especially headaches which last virtually hours after waking

I tragically lost my daughter aged 21 to cancer in recent past and therefore life has been poor to say least - I do the best I can

What do you all do to aid morning symptoms as I just can’t not function

Thanks for any replies

So sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. There are some really great grieving centers to help the the loss of a child. I lost a child a few years ago and it a very hard time for any parent. Grief counseling had really helped thru all the pain and helped to understand how grief and it's stages and effects us is very helpful. When your ready it will help so much.

Of course the loss of a child also creates stress and the grieving process takes a toll on FM.  FM is really a hit or miss fix. Meds that help one may not someone else. Have you seen a doctor reciently there are some new treatment for FM . Check on line for the treatments available. I had luck with Cymbalta, Lyrica both really helped with pain. Always keep active and rest.

Sending healing prayers and blessings your way.
