My advice is to leave the morphone alone, if you say that the pain ain't going away and the doctor is increasing your dose then. It ain't working and before you know it , it will do more damage than good. try and be strong and stop taking it . Doctors will always increase your dose just to keep you happy . When it's time to come off morphine especially the sulphate you will find it twice as hard . Try and find other alternatives there's a lot out there but honestly stay away from any opiates.

Naproxen is an anti- inflammatory. They can cause duodenal ulcers, which would account for the stomach pain.

the ulcers constrict the digestive tract, and bleed. You may be anaemia

Mention on this to your GP.

Yep, those anti-inflmmatories are horrible over time - I took heavy anti-inflammatories for 8 months and my guts are still recovering 12 months later. Coffee and other stimulants can make the pain worse, I ended up quitting caffeine as it made things really bad. Are you taking any Omeprazole? They normally give you that if you are taking regular anti-inflammatories to protect your stomach lining. I'm sure I took them for far too long, when I stopped the anti-inflammatories I didn't notice any pain changes.
