Mother has been sick for the past week after second shingrix vaccine, is this possible?

My mother (52years old) got her second shingrix vaccine last Friday (May 21). Ever since then, she has had extreme nausea, fevers ranging from 99-101, headache, dizziness, intense fatigue, weakness, hard/bloated feeling upper stomach, a slight cough and constant burping. She went to the doctor on Wednesday (May 26) and he said it is acute sinusitis. She was given antibiotics. Its now Saturday (May 29) and she is still not any better. Advil and Tylenol do not relive the fever much and nothing is helping the nausea and fatigue. She feels fine sometimes throughout the day and then feels worse again at the drop of a hat. She was fine until the second shingrix shot last week and I was wondering if it was possible this is some strange long term adverse reaction going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

**added: she also now has a swollen lymph node behind her ear..had rapid covid test and came back negative

I was very sick after my first shot. I had every symptom you could get. I was sick for a full 10 days. Nausea, vomiting, fever every day, chills, fatigue - unbelievable. My husband had both shots and had zero symptoms. I had no symptoms from the Covid vaccine. I am scheduled this morning to have my second shot. I am terrified. I know I will be sick for over a week. Any one else have these complications? I am seriously considering not getting the second shot and taking my chances. I am older and have not gotten shingles so far.

I would forget the second shot, you must be allergic to it.

My wife has had shingles 3 times but is afraid to get because of reactions to other shots and meds!
