Mother in law won't eat, can't walk, where to go?

my mother in law has been struggling with mobility for a number of years but over the last year it has got progressively worse. she barely eats and now her feet and ankles have swollen up too making walking even more painful and difficult. she has had ct scans, electrical tests, camera down and everything has come back clear. where do you turn when there are no other tests and the doctor doesn't have a clue?

    Did she have a CT scan of her stomach/main organs or other area?
