Using motival tablet now it is not avilable in market

    I am using motival tablet since last 15 years, now it is not available in market and i am very much upset and felling head ache, muscles streching and other disorders of blood pressure. Please suggest me alternative of this tablet.

    Morning Anis I would Google for similar but I highly recommend you don't get anything online that you can't get from your GP.....x

      Ok, you are right but if any one can give me the suggestion of motival tablet subsitution.

    I was taking these in the 1970's!

    I didn't imagine they would still be available.

    You need to speak to your Doctor re. substitute meds.

    I think as the name suggests they are a mix of Valium and an anti depressant.

    So would think you would need an anti depressant and a benzo. To taper off slowly.

    Good luck I think I quite liked them!

      Whats a motival tablet please?   Doctors are very relunctant to give out the old ad's any more because of the side effects and the addiction possibilities.  My doctor also told me they are much more dangerous when overdosing.  She said it is much harder to be successful at od'ing with the newer ad's like prozac,  sertraline etc.    x
