its really hurt for almost 4 hours already. is it severe?

Abdullah, get yourself some artificial tears eye drops to ease the pain .Take ibuprofen. Keep your eye shut if possible.Your eye is badly irritated and just needs some care. If it gets pusy with a white/yellow discharge you need to see a doctor. Also make sure you wear motor cycle glasses/goggles or a helmet with a visor when on a motorbike..
