Mouth and tongue sores / urethra inflammation and discharge

help please , ive been cleared of std's except herpes. i have so many symptoms that mimic a std like -urethra clear discharge,urethra and mouth inflammation, tongue and mouth sores,confusion/anxiety ,bone aches mostly in my right shoulder and right arm,dull chest and lower right stomach pain ,ear ringing,loss off taste and smell etc. my question is what else can this be ? i always feel sick i want to just sleep ! do you guys have any ideas what else could this be ? maybe candida or ebv ? ive seen numerous specialist and everything always comes back ok !

i feel like im going crazy and ive been to the emergeny room multiple times due to feeling sick !
