mouth lesions oral cancer??? STD?? syphilis??

HELLO I've been having some issues with general health as of the last 5months and about a month ago I started having some painful mouth lesions (similar to geographic tongue, lie bumps etc) and also my tongue tends to sometimes burn as if I had drank something hot and burnt it that way. There's a white coating, enlarged bumps and red bumps on my tongue and then under my tongue there's a few papilloma-like red bumps and also a few red spots here and there. Is there anyone with similar symptoms that found out what it is? I'm getting worried. COULD IT BE SYPHILIS OR SOME OTHER STD OR SOME FORM OF ORAL CANCER? I DON'T SMOKE NOR DRINK A LOT OF ALCOHOL AND I ALSO TRY TO EAT HEALTHY. I HAVE A REGULAR PARTNER WITH WHOM I PARTAKE IN ORAL SEX (but he doesn't have any visible problems)

I believe there are signs of infection in your gums and mouth. Its possible that your partner has an STD but it isnt visible, this occurs from time to time. Early signs are undetected until we go to a specialist and professional health expert.

Too early to really see what it is, but you should speak to your local dentist.
