Hi, I don't have PA but just low B12.  I've just had my load up off injections and haven't experienced mouth ulcers. I have had the spots in my hairline as others have said they get.  Hope you can get the ulcers sorted as they are so painful!

It certainly does cause a sore tongue and mouth. I tend to get blood blisters on my tongue and cheeks, which are quite sore and painful. This is worse when I'm due my next injection, although I do find taking a multivitamin helps a bit. Do you use sublingual sprays or tablets in the few weeks before your next injection? It could be a reaction to something like that, or maybe just the levels falling. Best wishes Marion
